CECA are getting too expensive and countries cannot afford them anymore. Vietnamese are coming up but poses many dangers in terms of more scams and hackers.

my fb account was recently hack by a vietnamese hacker
he delete my email in my account
fb sent a email to me to say i just change my email adress
i was like 'huh' wtf
i could not get back in
as my password was change by him
and since the new password was sent to his email
in the end, fb suspended my account permanently since i was unable to prove i am the real account holder
