talk easy, do vy hard.  otherwise gym and supplement all close shop.

1. Drink kopi c Kosong or kopi Kosong to cut off some sugar from daily diet.

2. Reduce fried chicken, prata, curry.

3. Take 2 meals a day. 1 meal if possible.

4. Avoid snacking.

5. Reduce carbo intake like rice.

6. Avoid white bread and margarine

7. Walk or jog 3-5x a week

At first, very hard as your brain will resist. But with will power and repetition, it can be done.
