Saw sometimes 2,3 or 4 pails at my place HDB
All at different spots
Collect rain water for past 2 mths
Now got rain, still ok
Next mth, they cham.

No Govt in the world has the right to deprive its own people from safe drinking water. If this really happens in a Rich Nation with infrastructure like Singapore, then International Law can kick in.
