every plot of land in HDB neighbour grow bamboo as much as possible, instead of growing useless grass that dun cool much and  TC need to employ hordes of Bangala to trim grass, redeploy the bangala to sweep the leaves into piles and let it decompose by itself

Go to the right channel lah. HDB neighbourhood is under HDB control. Don't go and disturb NPark lah. Besides, NPark has to grow some trees that bear fruits for the local birds.

Green bamboos are more pleasant looking. Mustn't go for yellow ones which are quite messy
