What you are envious of, you will never get.  If don't give, many poor families can't survive.

Not many rich singles want to live in a 2 room flat anyway. If rich, they can buy a 2 room or studio condo.

I think only those residing in 1 or 2 room HDB flat will be given the $100 voucher..
