Put there means instant recycled why would the flyer distributor do so? The distributor is paid to deliver the flyer for noticing not recycling, surely the distributor is responsible to his employer by placing it where people will pick up and look at the flyer mah.

need to write? One of my neighhour her door in front got a basket , I always see people automatic just put flyers into it or when delivery guy send small parcel just put inside the basket. She never write any noticed claim tell people put inside the basket.
