Weekend j had tone to look through the company finances.
While there is massive discount to NTA and low gearing, the declining incomr has stopped investors from stepping in. But this is temporary as rentals have bottomed and 

i believe its the best time to step inti to buy because once the recovery is clear the stock will be well on its way and much higher.
