All the weight is transferred to the feet

Very stupig to do such a thing, but of course, she does not know physics

Consider if the floor at the feet is a bit oily, she will fall

This means the full blunt of her weight is at her feet, not her back

A big force is exerted on the transparent plastic or glass sheet.

It can be broken and she may be cut by the broken sheet.

In the end, it may cost her a big medical fees + compensating SMRT for the broken sheet.

Don't follow the costly practice above. Can do it at home on concrete wall.

It can strengthen her muscle around her CB and good for hubby.
