Correction. They will rephrased it many moons later so that it seems like they are the ones who came up with the idea.
But why talked about COE when not everyone can afford a car. WP wants everyone to afford a car?

Put it this way, whatever factory raw materials supplied to vendors wil increased in price due to high COE been paid for. These vendors wil passed it in to the consumers with foods prices increase. Is simply a chain reaction. All these idiots Papayas failed to understand. But anyway, idiots wil never understand totally.
