Our Govt will claim that any proposal from the Opposition is doomed to fail without even trying it.  As long as the ridiculous COE premiums keep rolling into the public coffers, our Ministers won't change the system that is helping to pay their humongous wages.

Not everybody can afford a car, but if the COE premiums keep going up unchecked, the cost of living will keep shooting up for every resident of this country - including those who cannot afford cars.

When PHV and other transport companies have to pay more for their vehicles, their business costs will increase and the only way to survive is to pass these hikes onto the customers.

HWZ EDMW is full of posters who don't own cars, cheering whenever COE premiums increase. These people don't realise that business costs will increase along with the COE, resulting in everybody paying more for goods and services.
