Judging by the way LHL is walking unsteadily, he is either afflicted with vertigo or has an over inflated ego.

A person with vertigo feels as though he is actually spinning or the ground is spinning around him. Study the manner in which LHL walks, and it would seem like he is unsteady on his feet like a dizzy person.
