It needs a train, either an extension from rts, or a hsr stop. Better still a direct bridge to sg

The RTS link is not to our advantage at all. The HSR and RTS should be negotiated together.

Forest City which is built on reclaimed land and have nice white sandy beach but is an deserted beach as not able swim there due to the posting of crocodile signboard along the beach :-(

Some Philippines ones are also on reclaimed land. Not even the beach. They keep reclaiming. The shore is further and further away. Before that, by the sea, the next is by the land. Built a few blocks in front. Not even the view. Some you have to look side way and constructions are still on-going further out into the sea.

Hmm...
RTS can help supplement Singapore shortages of semi and lower skill workers. And easy to manage.

HSR is a grand expensive Malaysian's national project. Singapore has not much says in it. Except for building our own end of train station. 
It is not a profitable long term investment that involved many Malaysian internal affairs, political challenge and probably corruption too...
Better don't get ourself entangled.
