What does copying and pasting Penal Code 1871 have to do with my earlier post about the foolishness of that perpetrator for doing something that has no gratification value for a normal person? Duh.

The dismissed staff's manager actually believes that the tomboy framed him, but HR decided to err on the side of caution in view of the company's zero tolerance of sexual harassment.

I am involved in some volunteer work with ex-offenders. Apparently, those who were incarcerated for too many years are unable to adapt to life outside of prison, and would rather be back where they do not have to worry about shelter, clothing or their next meal.

Very difficult for an ex offender to find job.
After squatting in prison for years, their body already cannot adapt to outside world
Struggling to pay house loan,food even medication is unaffordable if no rebates given.
Many still go n commit crimes n drag back to their cell.

I heard that the recidivism rate in S'pore is 4 in 10. Even some who found jobs after their release end up committing suicide or returning to a life of crime.
