stock market is not a dog because a dog cannot predict the economy.

stock market can predict the state of the economy by at least 6 months in advance.

Rubbish comparison. You dun predict where the dog goes, and where it goes doesn't cause you to make/lose money

Not really, you are assume every country in this world as the same, 
many countries financial markets not complex and small to the economy. 
some companies are not even listed in their own country or listed elsewhere.

You can take Sg for eg, our stock is not really tag to economy growth.

Too simplistic view.  Money create may flow to other than equities like infrastructure, bonds, fixed deposits, treasury, 
precious metals and foreign markets.  etc.
