Boh pian lah. Among the blind candidates, LW is the only one eye candidate. So he is the best choice.    

Most sinkies can't tell who is in charge of which ministry. I would call such surveys dumb and I'd never believe in any of the results.

Not manipulated but as LW result already known for a year.
And sample could be too small, at least I feel Answers.sg never check
