Mortgage in Japan is very long one, father starts paying the initial part and children carry on to finish paying the remaining part.

50yrs old with 2 young children …. boy he is fugged ….. really bugged
At 50, you should be taking up new hobbies preparing to retire

Many Japanese dunt have own houses they keep renting properties…those who bought houses will pay off their mortgage in 50 years

I think it is the easiest mortgage loan compared to many international cities.
