The Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA) between Singapore and India has been controversial from the time it was signed. S'poreans have grounds to be concerned and even angry about its negative impact as far as competition for PME jobs, immigration and population growth, depression of salaries, impact on local businesses and the overall lack of transparency. The S'pore Govt appears to have been outfoxed by India in negotiations leading up the signing of this Agreement.
Sg kena outfoxed in SIP, India and everywhere else. Civil serpents are mere bureaucrats, and are thus not street smart. They cannot function outside their comfort zone. Used to only following orders from the top

It's not controversial. It had never been controversial. Oyk had given a detailed report in Parliament on how it benefitted Singapore. The Indians are not even the majority in professional jobs but if you see any Indian even one who's digging the road, you will start barking CECA! CECA!
The majority of foreigners working here, including FTs are MALAYSIANS. But because they are Hans, they are accepted. You'd even think they are Singaporeans if you see them in an MRT or on a bus.
On the other hand, if the FT is an Indian, he is mocked...CECA! CECA! Chennai Business Parkkkk!
If CECA is controversial as you alleged, Pritam Singh would have spoken up strongly. Jamus Lim would support him with a lecture on Indian's economy, as Economics is his forte. The only person who really fought against CECA was Leong Mun Wai but he was minced by the other Oyk. He was asked to have a full debate on that, but till nao, there's no sound no air coming from him...

This Agreement has enabled S'pore to tap into a large pool of Indian professionals possessing fake qualifications. This is something no other developed country has done. LOL!

You've been very quiet about it. So what's yr plan next? Hold a placard at a mrt station?
PAP Ministers are very bad in their negotiation skills
That is why even Union led by Ng Chee Meng failed in global comparison
and PAP Ministers after 10 YEARS in service still fail in Parliament debate without scripts
CECA agreement should be extensively discussed in this General Election and steps MUST be taken to reduce their influence.

It is like a deal selling away our country. A county shd protect their own people instead of side-lining them. There are many countries who put their citizens at top priority.

Behind keyboard grievance are silent fighters who knew how to vote wisely in a ballot box. Unity is strength.

We need to be united as One S'pore instead of locals like "WhatDoYouThink!" who is the enemy from within, undermining this unity, by causing internal discord. Hiding behind keyboard is not unity and yr voice is not heard. Next time join my brother and you know where to find him 😆

So says the resident fugging pukimak CECA.
Have you seen how many CECAs are there in MBFC and CBP?
Fug off CECA PUNDEK!
The CECA agreement must be torn up no two words about it. But that will only happen if the MIW lose their majority in the parliament.
Meanwhile, do everything you can to hire REAL born and bred locals and expunge all these fugging job stealer CECAs.

The influx of Indian workers has lead to wage suppression for those S'poreans who have not been displaced yet.
CECA has put pressure on our public resources such as housing, transport and healthcare. A Third World country like India has not provided equal opportunities for S'porean PMEs. The Agreement is not transparent and most certainly did not involve enough or any public consultation. Please remember this at the next GE.
My business partners and I would NEVER hire any fugging CECAs.
Seen to much of their disastrous shite when they mess up IT projects with our clients and the entire financial services sector.

"Highly allucated" high ses not affected so it's not yr problems?
Last time when I am young hardly see any Ceca nowadays almost every few second seen one.
