Similarly to Russian paying troops from NK, S Africa, ME, Central Asia, etc..

Unlike mercenaries from other countries mercenaries from NATO countries especially for the recent invasion of Russian territories are mostly likely NATO troops disguised as mercenaries as you can tell how powerful they are and how fast they control 100 square KMs of land within days, no other mercenaries can match, they are mostly French and Poles.
