We only have 1 country. 
Our country has many religions.
The answer is as transparent as sparkling water. 😁

If Law and regulations of the country contradict with my religion , I will choose religion first.

China did well because they removed religion for a few decades

Rome failed because they amended some part of the bible for Politics

People who prefer religion over country should migrate to the country ruled by their religious law.

China doesn’t encourage religions but it has to stop cults and cult-like activists for obvious reasons

countries were destroyed by religions
war broke out becos of religions
but rligions are not as devastaing as cultural mindset n idealogogy

Most of our public holidays are related to religion s.The state itself has chosen religion over country .

You have to read old man LKY's book. He doesn't mince his words, nor is he afraid to offend anyone. He's a realist in the most pragmatic sense.

Religion is aso a kind of ideology.

Both religion and ideology run contrary to the effective running and operation of a nation and society. Only pragmatism and realistic approach works.

The PRC are also influenced by LKY after Deng Xiaoping met with him very often.

You can see how China started to place ideology on a lower priority and placed common sense first and foremost.

They were right in doing that. Think it was influence of LKY. Religion, like ideology, can make people go wild. Don't have to totally wipe it out, but can place it at lower importance.
