Nowadays cyclist who know how to ride a bicycle will buy one, rides on the road without due care to himself or others around them. I wonder whether they know the highway code.😳

The report didn’t specify who knocked into who. Could be young cyclist knocked into 75 yo who fell and had head injuries. Nobody knows which is why SPF still looking for witnesses.
