If God gives you one wish, would you choose to be the richest, wisest or best looking person in the world? If you are the wealthiest person, you may buy anything you fancy and never have to work. If you are the wisest person, you will always make the correct decisions in life for you and your loved ones. If you are the best looking person, you would be able to secure an attractive life partner, improve your employment prospects and probably have more opportunities to be rich since more doors will be opened to you.
God gave a NUS professor one wish. He could choose to be the richest, wisest or best looking person in the world. He chose to be the wisest person, so that he would always make the correct decisions in life for himself and his loved ones. After that, his students asked the lecturer to say something enlightening since he is now the wisest person on earth. The professor blurted out: "I should have taken the money." LOL!

It may be argued that with loads of money, a person may become physically more attractive with plastic surgery, quality clothing and make-up (for women).
