actually the bus stop is right outside the condo along those Condo units facing the side main road leading down to Braddell mrt.
The distance honestly speaking is not say far rah , roughly just 5 mins at most mostly just 3 mins or so.

The Trevista Condo along TPY lor 3 the waking distance to braddell MRT is more further in fact. Need to cross a traffic light. The Orie condo no need to cross any traffic lights to reach braddell mrt.

Trellis and olender are further down near TPY Central rah. but come walking to TPY central , Trellis is more shorter than Oleander Tower. But Oleander tower can walk across the bridge go balstier

But blk 12 seems ok. The ground units of Stack b1, a1s and c2 seem to hv some space that they can use as their own
