CEA should step in now to regulate Property Agency in Singapore when launching Malaysia PLS Condominium.

Are public housing schemes of most countries are aso pls? Since they are neither freehold nor leasehold

The PLS Malaysian Condominium is launching as Private property to foreigner.
Not a Public housing scheme.

HDB will offer tennants alternative bto units at subsidize price. JB will just kick you out when lease ends.
There is also good chance of enbloc when lease nears ending. Last time many people buy old flats for unbloc but now not all will get enbloc.

It's like long term rental where you don't have "owner's right" at all!

HDB is 99 years leasehold.
You can sell and rent, make capital gains and rental revenue.
The bto flat is 99% profitable in resale market.
Government gives grants, and cash back retirement scheme.
I can go on non stop, because HDB BTO is a flat bought directly from Singapore Government HDB.
AND NOT A 99 YEARS FULLY PAID RENT FROM A PRIVATE DEVELOPER COMPANY. MALAYSIA PRIVATE LEASE SCHEME.
Read my post details about PLS condominium value that will depreciate as the 99 years rental used up by purchaser.
JB PLS is almost similar to our HDB FLEXI FLAT 30 to 40 year lease. You pay full price and live until bye bye. Balance lease payment payback to next of kin.
CANNOT SELL OR RENT TO GAIN PROFIT.
