Mai la...
Sg better dun get involved in projects with 3rd world mentality cuntry lah
China so powerful also don't want to bear the building and operation costs, not profitable.

Singapore so tiny, what can she do. Haiz
Better mai kai kiang
So many car drivers, unlikely profitable
So looks like Anwar is keen on reviving the project because he hope Singapore will fund it.      Big Grin
Not many HSR projects r profitable. It is already naive to think tt the private sectors will b able to undertake the job without public funding and the government can keep all the economic benefits generated by HSR. Is Malaysia NOT malu to c tt Indonesia can hv HSR and they cannot even started the project?
Singapore should only pay by the distance in kilometres instead of covering half of the cost.

Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand all want HSR, but do they have deep pockets? Not just for the budgets of construction but also long term maintenance costs.
Singapore so tiny build HSR for what? Our current mrt train system is already fully adequate. Anything more than that is sheer waste of public funds.     Big Grin
Honesty, HSR benefits SG more.

Tourists will fly to SG first to visit then take train up KL, then back to SG and fly off.

Muddysian bodoh from KL, HSR to Changi Airport to fly off as we have more international routes

Now many peasants especially Ah Butt already cannot survive the high taxes and levies imposed by PAP. Many will jump Bedok reservoir if PAP decided to participate and fund the project then increase taxes to raise the fund. You get the big picture?      Big Grin
