Why is Australia’s suicide rate 10 times of Spore while population is only 5 times? Most liveable country?

Singapore generally has lower suicide rates than Australia. Based on data available up to my knowledge cutoff in October 2024:
Rate Comparison

Singapore: Approximately 8-9 suicides per 100,000 population
Australia: Approximately 12-13 suicides per 100,000 population
