sometime the police strategy is to keep watch of suspects
then follow 1 bt 1
then when whole gang innvestigation
they will one shot catch all in 1 single operation
so that no one can escape

but while they instigate

These scammers shd be punished heavily and cannot let them off with slight sentence. Scamming away people hard earned money is too evil and senseless. Shd be rotan many strokes and let them cannot sit on chair for mths.

Every year, hundreds of scammers are caught and the number seems to be increasing. What is going on?
