Yeah, send them to Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, or Afganistan for real life training every 5 years to retain their military positions

Funny idea.
PM and ministers should not serve more than 2 terms. Otherwise they will hold on to it like a career to make money. This is wrong as it is a public service to the nation and not a money making career.
