All the bookstores will close down sooner or later….when is last time you bought a book at a bookstore? Most people go there read magazines FOC.

Taka branch still around, I feel partly due to expats staying around there Orchard rd and near.
Expats still buy books to read or magazine beside eBooks.
Never check Jurong demographics before opening shop? Open hawker stalls and brothels there more business.
Bookstores in Singapore all cannot make money. But people in China and Taiwan still buying books..
Jurong open Bookstore is a joke.i agree Jurong open Massage and Pawn Shops better.
Sad news. I just bought a book and 2 magazines from this bookstore back in Jan. I'm a book collector, not reader
