I think she is asking for the moon, an impossible task.
We each have our little quirks, and for Ms Li Bingbing, cleanliness is next to godliness. Her concern about cleanliness approaches the level of obsession. In this aspect she's something of a perfectionist. Perfectionism often makes it difficult for people to finish things -- they keep wanting to improve them. Ms Li expects perfection from her would-be helper. It's no wonder she just had a hard time recruiting a perfectionist in the same mould as herself to keep her house spick and span.
From the flood of applicants dying to get the job that pays handsomely, she can narrow down the pool and select one who she thinks is a near-perfectionist. With the kind of pay dangling, anyone would be very keen to learn how to perform their task to perfection. It's infinitely better than hunting up that elusive perfectionist.
