What the contractor did should be considered a criminal offence, not just punished by some opaque "action" by Singpost.

In most countries, post is considered an essential service for flow of information and a cornerstone of democracy.

If Smrt or Singtel can be fined for service disruption, Singpost should also be fined and the contractor prosecuted.
