deliveries are placed at void deck u know in a pile and one or 2 will figure out how to make the deliveries
something is going on.
singlon beri free get to observe people
i can pretend to be old and sick and sitting on the bench
even letters go to wrong address not often but occourring.
i have witnessed and placed said letter into return to postman

What the contractor did should be considered a criminal offence, not just punished by some opaque "action" by Singpost.

In most countries, post is considered an essential service for flow of information and a cornerstone of democracy.

If Smrt or Singtel can be fined for service disruption, Singpost should also be fined and the contractor prosecuted.
