I tried last time old Oden cinema, when I was studying in the nearby primary school …. nowadays no more that kind of quality.
theres one beef kuay teow soup i ate in taiwan. to me it was the best. because weather temp then was 14degree C and beef soup was piping hot! u know wad i mean..

You can cook yourself. Use beef stock and sliced beef chuck tender. Better than those outside and less sodium.

Hainanese Beef Noodles is the best.
Gem and Jurong Point both got 1 stall each. Gem from Odeon is my favorite but now both are gone!

The inner stall tiong wife quite well stacked. Plain looking but well endowed.
There used to be one good noodle beef stall at the old marine parade hawker centre opp PP before it was renovated some years back by a jh unker. He later trained some tiongs to take over his stall. Have you tried this stall.

Marine Parade one is the black sticky gravy type of beef noodle. Lousy beef noodle for me.
In fact, the soup based beef noodle are not so common in SG. Mostly are the Hainan gravy type.
The best beef noodle i had was in Zhuhai and Shenzhen. Soup based.
I saw one soup based in the East
. I will try first before reporting here..
You can try the one at Tsui Wah. I find it not bad. HK style.
