The ‘bye’ is it a localized addition? The Chinese Teochew say nia neh gor chee and not nia neh gor chee bye.

Last time I had a team of riggers from HK on a project. They were all from Swatow nang. Knnah everyday from morning till night I heard them scolding each other "poo bor" the whole day. Early morning before I wake up can hear them poo bor, poo bor already. Then they called their leader "tau lor"......
