Can see sunrise in bed and sunset at dinner, can see seagulls flying over, can hear wave sound and very windy.

Hard to grow your beloved plants.

Depends on which ocean. If facing Indian Ocean, Andaman Sea or Pacific Ocean better stay away due to Tsunami risk. If just staying for a couple of weeks for holidays, then perhaps can take the risk. ...

No need to grow plants lah, indoor plants are good enough…as it faces the sea metal structures like balcony rear and window frames can easily turn rusty due to the salt in the wind.

It depends on individuals, some like hill view, others like sea view or city view. If you can afford you can have any view you like.

Beyond our reach. 
Find other ways within our means to relax by the sea. 
I use to go Mayang Sari beach resort and stayed there for a week or so.

Face the sea actually not very good. Your house will need more regular maintenance and your appliances will need to be changed due to frequent breakdowns.
