There is supposedly one (or more) virus that causes people to be fat.
So a skinny person kissing a fat partner who is infected with the fat virus can be "fatal".

Didn't know the website. Just googled to find a link -- I got to hear of this fat virus from a colleague more than 2 decades ago.
