After I read the article below,  I wonder if Quah is just a pawn used by Soh for his scheme
She was charged as a co conspirator and given 20yrs.

It is not very clear she is just a cog in the scheme or mastermind

20yrs jail appears very harsh.

It seems like she just toom instructions and do what she was told

The IPCO was not in the ABL ,the share price also didn't went up alot either.....

In some ways, the DPPs should die horrible deaths too.
