After I read the article below, I wonder if Quah is just a pawn used by Soh for his scheme
She was charged as a co conspirator and given 20yrs.
It is not very clear she is just a cog in the scheme or mastermind
20yrs jail appears very harsh.

The IPCO was not in the ABL ,the share price also didn't went up alot either.....
