Did the owner tell the PM exactly what to do painting his house and to use new paint and brush.....? What type of preservation materials for floor protection ? PM need to be present for the duration of the work his site supervisor can ?

Usually if a quotation of a paint job, if is are required that the paint contractor uses new paint, else the contract is void.......

Used paint is ok as long as it is high end Nippon paint. Martex is very low quality paint.

ask them to lay and connect the drain pipe half way to the BTO already installed concrete hidden drain pipe

they say cannot and do not know how

so they lay the long and ugly and unfasten drain pipe round the perimeter of my bathroom floor

When next time check for pipe leak you will thank them since it is unconcealed. My I give up since it is all concealed they say need open up trunking which nearby I got put many stuff already. So I leave it as it is never use that aircon which is from previous owner anyway as I buy second hand HDB flat

the conceal pipe is done by HDB

if it leaks it is HDB fault

my advise is DO NOT BUY MORE THAN 3 SPLIT
you needs two COMPRESSORs UNIT for all the rooms in a 4 or 5 room flat

For Aircon units, it is the horsepower. The higher it is, the stronger the aircon unit is. More horsepower consumes more electricity, and it is more expensive. Each room size will determine the horsepower of each aircon unit. One need to buy the strong compressor to handle all the units.
