I remember that LHL praised Keppel Felsl for being a world leader in oil rig building...........therefore we should allow this to deteriorate in the rig building world, so a stern warning seems to be a good move by our gov.....................

pap really know how to avoid when corruption like this occured. why double standard. very serious case and yet only warnings, how to teach the young to differentiate right and wrongs. This is a wrong things and yet no punishment is mete out. Trying to be clean government proved like wise. Corruption is only for them while others will be punished.
