Think the plunging memory chip prices are due to both weak global demand as well as the rise of Chinese memory chip makers.
Bad for the fabs but good for consumer.
A 1TB SSD module is only selling for RMB 300 now, almost the same price that I paid for a 500GB harddisk end of last year!

Many many big companies leaving SG soon...next could be Pfizer and Moderna if they dun invent new virus, I mean vaccines.
