You don’t believe see their passport. What is written in their Nationality? Never written Taiwanese or Taiwan citizen hor.

ROC is the name of a China where the government acquired its mandate to govern through an election.

PRC acquired its right to govern through war. 

The people living in Taiwan are Chinese. Even the aborigines are Chinese. They are all citizens of China, so are Chinese. 

For all intents and purposes the KMT had lost the civil war. Those Taiwanese who refuse to acknowledge the CCP as the ruler of China are like someone who continues to call himself a citizen of the Tang dynasty. He tells peepur he's a t'ng lung even long after it had been defeated and China had been ruled by the Song, then got colonized by the Mongols under Yuan, then the Hans got it back under Ming, and then China got colonized again by the Manchurians under Qing.

Today it is ruled by a human bear. Can that half aboriginal woman ever defeat the PLA in her lifetime? If she can, then she is free to call Taiwan and indeed the mainland as well anything she wants. Republic of China. Republic of Taiwan. Tsai Dynasty. It's hers to call.

Dont get yourself confuse.
华裔 and 华侨 but they are still Chinese.
We dont say 台湾华裔 and 新加坡华裔 but we say 美国华裔。

We say 新加坡华人，but we don’t say 台湾华人or 中国华人）We can also say 新加坡华裔商人。

华人 is I Ching.
This is the best word to describe Chinese race. Do you know why?
