Singapore will be like their training ground or stepping stone, after working here for several years at big MNCs and gain decent experience, the old Ceca will migrate to Australia, Canada and NZ….at the same time new Ceca will come to repeat the entire process. As India has huge population and low pay, more and more will come and more and more will leave while more and more and more will fill the gap.
