Who on earth will do renovation nice nice when you rent a house. Unless you owned it of course will renovate it since already yours.
I don't get it , nevertheless I not craze about property.
I really don't appreciate understand the logic of:
1. I need or looking at selling my GCB cos it's disproportionate to my current earning power, yet
2. I did extensive renovations for my rental place, hey I even built a swimming pool for the state. I also pay for land maintenance of land I supposedly do not use and still don't mind paying for maintenance if SLA wants to take back the land now.
3. I am in fact net losing on renting out my GCB after property tax etc. And I did all these shifting, repairing etc etc with the original intent of selling my GCB.. to which it has been a couple of years since I shifted...
Who the F...k will keep losing money and throwing more money after that and still don't sell? Property prices on up trend since after reopening. GCB very fast to sell cos very hard to come by...

SLA parent agency is Ministry of Law which Shan currently is Minister for Law.
