Sathiya Moorthy, an ex-commando, is pleading for an independent investigation and a Commission of Inquiry into the alleged bullying, discrimination, and suicide in the Singapore Police Force, following the death of Sergeant Uvaraja S/O Gopal.
His letter, which was sent to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), and the Singapore President on Monday, had not received a reply as of 8 pm on Wednesday.

But there are existing records of the deceased problem before his tragic suicide.
These records cannot be fake. Or created as it involved many personals and different departments.

People presume person who killed himself is a victim
....but it is also possible he was mentally troubled.
I'n his suicide note he painted himself like a Saint and everyone else' as evil. ..he claimed he was denied transfer out. It turned out he was transferred 6 times and he made no mention that he worked 20 days for 2022 due to MC, leave and treatment. ..and he could not get along with colleagues and superiors in all the places he was transferred to. He also has disputes at home with his own mother and brother.
Sad to say it points to a narcissistic characteristics of a person who cannot accept his own faults and thinks too highly of himself...even as he took his own life his narcissism was so bad he concocted a story in which he was a dedicated hero fighting against villains out to fix him.
The real victims are the people he mentioned by name in his suicide note whose reputations are sullied and it was his final act of vindictiveness before he took his own life.
While I am sorry he suffered from narcissistic personality disorder resulting his problems with superiors and people at home, his suicide note externalised all his problems blaming everyone else to protect hsi fragile ego....it is just a manifestation of troubled mind.
The most devastating factor which engendered his suicide probably was his own family problem. He said that himself.
It was reported over TV news that his mum reported him to the police.
This is a result of weak decision.
Sad but reality will be a go thru motion investigation, nothing else. They can stir and stir ... also useless
independent investigation? so he can make the decision or still need to submit the finding?
