Quite surprising that nobody noticed the body when the car was parked in the same position as this white car in Google streetview:

Location is very near to the main road (Upp Changi Rd), so rightfully many residents in the estate should have walked past it.
So worry for such happening in society
If these persist we need to investigate WHY not the death but the persistence in occurance.
