You are right to say this funds are taking profit after a run up and also China economy is not as good as expected hence  clever  investors are jumping ship. They won't come back for a some time.

Any temporary bounce up of HSI will be shortlived due tk overhead resistance.

Many traders are waiting for some recover to dump their stocks.

Expect the HSI to selloff more sharply jn the afternoon.

The HSI open slightly higher jn morning as US market was strong. But smart traders will come in to "sell into strength" as trend is down.

1. RSI shows overbought.
2. Chart turning down
3. Candle sticks bearish.

Was just a temporary short covering rally. Now over and coming down.

Smart traders who know how to use technicals are shorting.

I said the market will peak and start sinking ....it did just that you can check the first chart...after that the 2nd chart it js lower.

The HSI fell 700pts from the time I started this thread based on yesterday close.

Here is the HSI daily. The peak was 16 trading sessions ago!!!
It has been falling since even as nasdaq went up.

How is this not a falling trend??!!
