true, now got google, who need travel agency.. we book our flight choose our seat and than thro trip.com or airbnb book residence, that is all.
even my kids also know ..
those agent are blood suck,, give cheap hotel and meal...
many times in the past ,, blurr always go to travel n tour agent..
also giving tips is compulosry some more,,

I only travelled once with Chan bros to Central Europe and not quite happy with the attitude of the tour guide. Foremost, addressing customers feedback and complaints is beneficial to them, so that services standards quality can be improved.
