I had sore throat last year. Lozenges did not help. In the end, my friend recommended me Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa. Works very well. By the third day of consuming it, sore throat gone. It works slowly but at least it works. Lozenges did nothing for me.

Pipa or loquat leaves is aso very effective for cough. They're the main ingredients of the Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa above.
