RTS is going to be ready by 2025, many people are buying properties along RTS line.

What you mean "along RTS" they have only one stop inĀ woodlands and the other stop at Bukit Chagar.Ā
Most people already snapped up units around Chagar.

It is quite common leaking from roof top, small cracks on wall, drainage choked, etc
