RTS is going to be ready by 2025, many people are buying properties along RTS line.

What you mean "along RTS" they have only one stop in  woodlands and the other stop at Bukit Chagar. 

Most people already snapped up units around Chagar.

Local can buy cheaper from market 
Different government, different policy introduced 
The rationale PM Anwar hard to get many FDI.
RM 1 million annual FD is about RM 36k
Rent is a better choice

It is quite common leaking from roof top, small cracks on wall, drainage choked, etc
